Launched in 2003, Ben Watt's Buzzin' Fly Records is recognised as a leading-edge imprint in the world of deep House and Techno, fostering the careers of young artist-DJs such as Justin Martin, Spencer Parker, Stimming, Mademoiselle Caro and Franck Garcia and Manoo and Francois A. Home to Watt's own club productions ('Lone Cat', 'Pop A Cap In Yo' Ass' with Estelle, 'Guinea Pig') and mix compilations, it has also drawn defining work over the years from remixers such as Ame, Radio Slave, Charles Webster, Michel Cleis and John Tejada. The label has set up sold-out London live residencies fronted by label boss Watt and long-term side-man Chris Woodward most notably at The End (2004-2009) and Plastic People (2006-2010) and thrown label parties in many cities around the world. Watt has also been a resident DJ at We Love Space Sundays in Ibiza, Cielo in New York and Air in Tokyo. He has also toured the globe at both a club and festival level (Sonar, Exit, Coachella, Good Vibrations, Electric Zoo, Electric Picnic, Lovebox, Homelands, Bestival).
